Refund & Return Policy — Anua Official

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

Non-Returnable: Opened, used, or damaged-by-customer products are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
